First off we reserved the room several month ago requesting a handicap room for my wife when we arrived no handicap room available so they put us in a top floor upgraded room but not handicapped, then the heater never worked until the last night the finally sent in a maintenance man he said the wall unit was never switched over to heat

Best Emabassy Suites staff I have seen. Super friendly and helpful. Hot tub was not just working it excelled. Omlette was the best thing about breakfast. The salsa was not home made but was better than the junk in the little squeeze packs. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel overall, rooms, location, amenities, etc pretty awesome, right? Okay, they put a $100 hold on my card for incidentals, okay fine. They charge $14/night FOR YOU/NOT THEM TO PARK YOUR VEHICLE AT THE PROPERTY. Like, go park at Chilis across the street and save some money. Our key cards didn't work on the 2nd night so we had to get new ones which the guy at the front desk acted like it was our fault
