The Hotel location sit back away from road noise. The night are very quiet. There will that late night arrival wish could change that. Would definitely return for a another night.

It was all around fantastic. Ashley at check in is sweet and so friendly. Jeremy from room service was professional and very kind. Our food was delicious. We called housekeeping because when our room was cleaned they forgot to leave large bath towels and a delivery of towels came within minutes. This was our first visit and we will definitely come again.

The bed had a large stain on it. Dirty room with bugs. Both the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Cleaning carpets outside of room at 7:10pm, painting hotel rooms, strong smell of paint in hallway. Shower head broken. Food at buffet was terrible. While eating breakfast, maintenance ran a loud vacuum cleaner. Attempted to relay concerns to customer service for Hilton but they are based overseas, very difficult to communicate. Will never stay there again!

I enjoyed my stay at Ocala Hilton. Room was spacious, clean bathroom, and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Was curious as to why there was no microwave in the room. Otherwise, overall stay was excellent.

We have stayed here a few times on our travels to Florida because it’s dog friendly, you can walk around with your pet and feel the love for animals here! But this time was quite disappointing! Our toilet was plugged, one of our queen beds smelled gross! The beds have cover sheets on them I’m sure because of pets which we do travel with but our pets haven’t had accidents since they were puppies and they are 4 and 14yrs old! Anyway…when I went to get into one of the queen beds at night it smelled like dog feces! So bad I couldn’t even sleep in it! The cover sheet wasn’t as white as the other bed but I just figured they get alot of wear?! I can’t say the cover sheet wasn’t washed I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt but what I think might have happened was when they washed the sheets there could of been dog feces on another article of laundry and that’s where the smell came from? I did contact the hotel, they reached out to ask me more info but still haven’t heard back from them! Hotel rooms could really use some updating…very old and worn out! The main lobby area and bar/restaurant area is very nice though. And our dogs loved the large area outside to play and run around!
