Hotel is okay. No upgrades were available for my Hilton Gold status. I asked if they could throw in breakfast instead. Answer was a blunt NO! I’m a loyal Hilton customer. Was a bit disappointed in their actions.

Hotel was nice. Staff friendly. It was a very busy hotel. I booked the incorrect dates and had to pay for third night and didn’t stay. Wouldn’t refund. I understand policy but we are Hilton members and I thought they’d be more understanding. Lesson learned.

the room was great and the hotel itself was beautiful but having to pay extra for continental breakfast is not a good idea. On top of having to pay for the breakfast the food was not even good the pancakes were rubbery and awful, so disappointing

Nobody ever reached out. I will be leaving a bad review. My Hilton experience was absolutely terrible. The rooms smelled, were dirty upon arrival (literally underwear left in one room, have picture proof), both elevators were broken we we had to carry 4 suitcases up a flight of stairs. No breakfast was included despite me asking the front desk lady and her telling me it was. The room keys locked multiple times during the stay, so we had to go back down the flight of stairs to get it reactivated, even has early at 2AM. I request a refund, if truly was not worth it.

Reviews and pictures for this hotel were very misleading, we stayed on the 2nd floor and it the room and halls were full of mold. As soon as we walked in to the room it smelled moldy and humid. As you walk through the hall they have an open vent full of mold. They need to do better at keeping up with the hotel as this could be very hazardous to our health.
