When booking ask for a back room. Quite noisy next to the road. Limited tea, coffee, etc in room. Parking is difficult at night as it is so busy. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Room was very modern, location close to town was great, free parking and staff was friendly and helpful. We chose a room facing the park but did not realise that Brisbane St is a busy road - for those wanting a quieter room, there are rooms facing the other way.

This property was great. As a female travelling alone, I didn’t feel extremely safe due to the lay out of the building. I felt it was a bit too open and easily accessible from the street. The room was clean, tidy and plenty big enough for me. Double glazing of the windows would have been great as noise from the street was quite loud.

The foxtel didn’t work, we ran out of hot water in the shower and the shower was to small, I’m not a big person and I had to stand sideways to shower

Construction being done to property woken at 7am by power tools. View from the window was a skip bin. Window leaked. Bathroom was tiny exhaust fan was filthy. Booked a king size room for 2, only 1 chair, only 1 towel rail. Bed was too close to the wall, had trouble moving on that side. Very, very disappointed.
