This was my first time i stayed at The Tasman, amazing place. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Cannot wait to come back.

Staff were friendly and accommodating Glass of bubbles on arrival was very welcome after a week of driving. Exploring the labyrinth of restaurants and bars in the Heritage stone area at the rear of the hotel is not to be missed! Loved my night cap at Mary Mary’s. Well done all round The Tasman

This hotel is amazing. The room is luxurious. The staff are attentive, efficient and make it personal. Do not miss Peppina for breakfast and dinner! The evening testing menu is a wonderful food experience. We cannot wait to return.

My partner and I stayed at The Tasman over Anzac Day weekend, everyone in the hotel were so friendly, accomodating and attentive (including all the staff who work at Mary Mary, Peppina and the Deco Lounge). The hotel staff also assisted us with booking local tours. The hotel is within walking distance to Salamanca market, Battery Point, MONA ferry and the CBD. Our room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate booking the hotel again!

Our experience while at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately our experience with the billing team was not. We were incorrectly double charged for our stay, which took a full week and multiple emails/conversations to correct. We were also incorrectly billed for minibar items we did not take. The hotel NEVER responded to my email about this (after I finally received an itemised bill). The money was simply put back in my account. No apology or explanation - no contact whatsoever. Frankly, I expect more from high quality hotels. This tainted what was otherwise a lovely stay.
