Room was small, but the view was amazing. To be fair, all rooms in New York City Times Square area are small unless you pay a small fortune and ransom a child for it lol. The staff was also great.
Front desk guy with the piercings and jewelry was somehow annoyed that we interrupted his Instagram time or whatever he was doing. However, other than that one individual at check in, the entire staff was friendly and attentive. From the bartenders to the elevator and front door staff to the maids. Each and every interaction was attentive and courteous.
Hotel location cannot be beat! Everything we wanted was within a short walk or 5 minute can ride.
The hotel itself is perfect. It's new and fresh, our room was well laid out and had a fantastic view. I would recommend wearing a sleeping eye mask. While there are motorized black out blinds on the windows, the flashing lights of the enormous electronic billboards outside will blink their way through the smallest of uncovered cracks around those blinds. Yes, gaps quite literally fractional millimeters allow just enough light to slip through. But, a simple sleeping eye mask will cancel that slight annoyance.
The rooms are quiet, I never heard my neighbors nor street noise.
If you only have a weekend in NYC as we did, I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Outstanding stay!
Great experience the staff was always so nice and helpful. Great view. The cleaning lady was amazing. She made sure our stuff was nice and clean. our room was cleaned everyday. Best stay I’ve ever had in NYC. Definitely recommend this hotel.
Very nice room. Spacious and clean. Very nice hotel as well. The gentleman at the front of the hotel opening the door and helping with bags was very nice. So helpful and caring. Also had lots of compliments so that was the cherry on top!
