Great location. Right in the heart of things at Times Square and Broadway but thankfully quiet (at least the postion of our room was). Everything about the hotel felt new and in good condition. The room was modern and fresh. The staff were friendly. Only complaint I could make is that breakfast wasn't included.

Gorgeous

We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. We were greeted by a woman at the front desk. She was amazing, she even recommended her favorite restaurants. She gave us a great first impression of the hotel and when we got to the room we were blown away. The shower was gorgeous! And then the view, right smack dab over Time Square. Couldn’t get much better than that. The room price was affordable but be prepared to spend a lot if you plan on eating at their restaurant.

We had a great stay at the Tempo - we booked a king corner room with a view. It was much bigger than we’d anticipated, with a fantastic view of the hustle and hustle of Times Square. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was really spacious with nice toiletries and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable 6 night stay (mini fridge, steamer for clothes, coffee machine etc).The soundproofing was also very good to block out the commotion of Times Square. Our only comment would be that internal sound proofing wasn’t great - we had an interconnecting door facility with the next room (which we didn’t need or use) but because of that we could hear conversations, tv, phones ringing etc in the next room. It was only on and off, so didn’t disturb us really, but just something for others to bear in mind.

When arrived confused at first didnt know where to go as there were no signs. First night room was not cleaned, called operator no answer, and had to ask for fresh towels, after that housekeeping was no issue. Love the fact that you need your key to use elevator to your room and there is someone ALWAYS there to assist, 100% safe! Another negative is hardly any storage. Thought all fees were paid for (resort fees added at end of stay) Other than that staff was lovely, nice and friendly.

This was our first time staying at Tempo by Hilton. We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel. Our room, while small as is common in NYC, was well appointed and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had nice personal products in large containers. Towels were thick and abundant. The hotel, despite its Times Square location, was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, majority brilliant staff. Restaurant/bar lovely with great staff, guys who worked the elevators etc all lovely. Check-in/out staff completely uninterested. Oddly haughty attitude. No receipt or breakdown of charges offered. I have literally no idea what they are going to charge me, but I am sure it will be substantial.
