Location location location YES had handicap room didnt want but did for early checkin and shower curtain didnt touch bottom shower floor so water puddled out infront sink. Better coffee maker in room. Either kcup or larger quantity maker. Coffee and water avail 24/7

I couldn't checkin to my room 14 minutes earlier. I waited in lobby for hours which is fine, it was too early. But they had plenty of time to get the room available "a littler sooner". had an important meeting at 4, I needed to settle in in the room. I was given an attitude and lecture at the lobby saying checkin time is 4pm which I already knew. Asking to get into the room 14 minutes earlier was too much to ask.

Anderson has the best customer service! We really appreciate his hospitality. My husband & I felt right at home! The hotel was safe & there was lots to do in the area. Getting an uber or catching the sub was super convenient.
