The breakfast room, staff and lounge areas all looked amazing and were as to be expected based on the pictures. My hotel room was a complete disappointment. The bathroom shower has black mold and spiderwebs on the ceiling. The tub was still a little dirty and during a one night stay, I killed two spiders and two roaches. I understand that my unit was towards the back or the tennis courts, but I didn’t pay those prices to have an uncomfortable sleep.

My go to spot to stay when visiting New Hope and Peddler’s Village as it is only less than 10 min away from each place! Affordable, clean, staff are friendly, you can buy toiletries and snacks at the front 24/7, free breakfast from 7-10am, cute outdoor pool with bar, comfy bed, free ample parking…only downside is that the tennis court area looks terrible - has not been maintained and is unusable, but mostly an eyesore!
