Amazing View Makes Up For Inconveniences

The views are breathtaking. That made up for showing up to the condo finding the parking lot under construction. There was no forewarning from the rental company. We had to contact them to inquire where to park which was acrossed the street in a parking garage which is described accurately as horrendous. It was a long ways to trek our luggage and groceries. The pool was also closed which again we were not forewarned. I was looking forward to relaxing on the sundeck. The building is older and they did their best with updates. Again, the views are amazing so if you can overlook some minor inconveniences it's well worth it.

This condo definitely did not disappoint on the view aspect. It is amazing! We loved that we were just a few feet away from the beach! The condo itself could use a good cleaning and a little updating. The parking alone is horrendous but add in maintenance on the building and it makes it very difficult to park or find a space at all. Booking this condo was fast and easy and communication was good!

Great beach, Terrible Condo

Old building with noisy long term construction going on. Unit not upgraded as much as advertised, dirty and damaged. No passcard left in room for after hours access. Parking crowded and underground garage almost impossible to maneuver around huge posts supporting the building. People smoking cigarettes, cigars and Marijuana made it difficult to enjoy the balcony. Only saving grace was the nice beach in front. Do not recommend!
