The main light switch to my room did not work. The bathroom sink was semi clogged, taking 10 minutes to drain just from brushing my teeth. It The room was cold, even after turning the thermostat up to 74.

Clean room but they didn’t have the bedbug wrap on the mattresses. I didn’t see any bedbugs but would still like to know they have the protector on. Also, if you are even slightly unsure on your feet, request a handicap accessible room. The tub is a deathtrap.
