Loved the hotel. The layout, view and decor was great. The restaurant was great. The bar tender outside (wish i could remember her name) was the absolute best. I'm not much of a drinker and she made me a watermelon drink that was superb. I sat out there abs talked to her for a hour while my husband fished and she was so kind and professional. This hotel was definitely one of my favorites and we definitely will stay again!

The room was very clean. It was fun to see the beautiful ocean from balcony. I was unhappy with the bathroom. Especially the shower. The vent that you HAD To have on, was Right over your head in the shower. So i did not use shower. Besides the noise I would feel like junk from vent could fall on your head. Luckily I was alone and was able to leave bathroom door open to be able to leave noisy vent off. The check in staff was Very friendly and kind.

I stayed here previously and had a great experience, but this time not so much. The price advertised online said it was the total price of the stay. Then at the hotel they tacked on an extra 45 dollars for "fees." Why do I have to pay for parking when I'm paying to stay there, among other things. I have never experienced that anywhere I've stayed. Before when I stayed here, I felt that it had great value, but this time there were so many better places I could've gone for way cheaper. The pool was not heated, we only had the small towels, not even a bathtub in the room. No breakfast for the insane price?For the price I paid in the dead of winter, I'd expect a lot better.
