Courteous staff. Hot tub luke warm. Room has some hairs still in the tub at check in. It was okay, booked for the hot tub so disappointed.

The floor was dirty when we arrived like they didn’t clean between visits. The bed springs were broken and made the bed slant to one side. I couldn’t sleep. Wifi didn’t work at all, front desk’s only solution was to turn off my wifi on my phone and turn it back on.

We loved our stay at the Monterey Peninsula Inn. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always had a smile. The location was the best. Walking distance to main street Pacific Grove for shopping and dining. Easy walking access to the beach and trails. Lots of choices in the vicinity but our next trip to Pacific Grove we will stay at the Monterey Peninsula Inn!

Had a good experience here, only negative was room was a little dirty when we checked in. The floor was dirty and you could feel the dirt when walking. The bathroom could’ve used a deeper cleaning. We left the sign for housekeeping and the room was left better off after the first night. Overall would come again, worth the trip for the price and the area.
