Not enough handicap parking - and parking lots stayed full forcing us to park quite a distance from our handicap access room. Room was also showing some wear, not bad but just below what I expect of a Hyatt.

Nice property—the room was very clean. Large bathroom. The health club was huge. Wish we had time to check out the pickleball courts and fire pit areas.

Our room was not ready when we arrived for check in, I let the desk know we could wait but they changed our rooms instead. We were told our rooms were connected (I was traveling with my children) but they were not. We were moved to the ground floor and my patio view was the parking lot, it was noisy and smelled like....car. Our room was dusty and not stocked with towels. I requested to speak with someone regarding my concerns and didn't hear back until the following day, the manager said she would look into moving our rooms but then never got back to me. The bar and restaurant close at 9/10. All of the pools, fire pits etc all close by 9/10 so if you are planning to enjoy the jacuzzi after a day out at the aquarium....don't. The property was dirty and very spread out. Felt more like a motel than what Hyatt advertises.

Only thing I didn’t like was the parking. If you leave you won’t get a spot best to your room it can be 1/2 mile or more to walk to your room
