It was clean and the staff were lovely. The room wasn't like what was advertised, our bathroom wasn't like what was in the photos. The mugs and spoons weren't clean. We had people knocking on the door at night (waking our son) to ask to buy a cigarette off us. It was also quite intimidating having people waiting around the rooms. Netflix kept saying there was too many people watching so weren't able to use. Wouldn't recommend if staying with children but otherwise it was fine.

Front desk was so polite and put us in one of the upgraded rooms! Services were fantastic even gave us breakfast packs. Worth the price spacious room and bathroom.

The motel was behind a pub. There was a large rubbish container lying across its private access road making it difficult and dangerous to pass. The motel lacks esthetic appeal from the outside. The woman in reception in the pub was bordering on rude. I waited 30 mins to get the key. I was forced to leave a $100 deposit for the key which was a hidden fee. Later the pub served me a cold coffee. When I complained they served me with another cold coffee, which I drank. They don't go the extra mile for their guests. I noticed the motel only had 3 guests for the night and it was very quiet. Inside the motel, it was clean and modern but there was a strong cleaning product smell. The important part is that the beds were great and I had a good sleep.

Hi there, We regret that you had an unpleasant experience at the Hotel. Yes our rooms are at the rear of the Hotel itself. We are currently upgrading our rooms with new fittings and required a rubbish container which has been removed now due to work being completed. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused As for the $100 deposit, it is a house policy for key loss or damage. It is in the terms and conditions website on the WOTIF booking site as well. Hope to see you again soon. Management

The journey from recption to the rooms could do with a bit of thought. Maybe make sure pedestrians can get past the building site always so then they don't have to walk past the stinky smokers area just to check in.

The room was clean and the location is convenient for Melbourne's west. The bistro is good. Running tracks and bike trails are nearby.

The hotel doesn’t pretend to be anything other than budget accommodation. In this respect, there are no surprises and it is good value for money. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are kept clean and tidy. There is a good bistro and bar attached.
