Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in leafy neighbourhood next to Melbourne Uni

While being located close to the CBD (10 mins by tram), my apartment is surrounded by lush parklands nestled in the peaceful Parkville neighbourhood, which includes picturesque old townhouses. It gets plenty of natural sunlight, has leafy views, parking, and all the amenities needed, such as a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer etc. My guests love going for a stroll in the park, watch the sunset from the nearby lookout (3 mins), or enjoy an exquisite latte at the adorable Cafe Tesorina (2 mins). Guests also love the proximity to the CBD and the fact that I have 3 tram stops basically right outside my door.
