Great location, clean room, room laundry and kitchen. There is no daily room service to replace towels, empty bins, and provide toilet rolls. You can get clean towels and toilet paper directly from reception though.

Aspire Apartments is the best place I’ve stayed. Everything about is was great with my 4 day stay. Staff were extremely professional, helpful and pleasant. The apartment is roomy, clean, well resourced and comfortable. It is close to everything, Skybus, Coles, train station and trams are so close. Love my stay, thank you Aspire Apartments! Louise

Air conditioning did not cool the apartment, was stiflingly hot. Could not open the draw in the wardrobes as the draws were too big for the opening. Could not open or store a suitcase in the bedroom. The parking recommended by the hotel was really dodgey….

The room is located directly opposite to the waste room, there is a constant reflux of trash smell into the room. We requested to have our room changed and the first staff was very rude to us and offered no help. We then requested a room change on the next day and we were treated poorly by a sudden knock on the door. Ended up nothing was done and we had to go to bed with the constant trash smell in the room. Never coming back and I do not recommend this hotel at all. Poor service, limited amenities and dirty room.

Great hotel. Bit of a walk/ tram into the centre of town but has some great amenities and restaurants close by. I had a room with a fantastic view and loved the pool. Mattress was a little too soft for my liking but ok

We like the location and the building itself is good. Couple things that could be better is the air conditioning. AC is weak. We have stayed here before and it was the same. But most disappointing was in an 8 night stay we never had the room serviced. There was a “mid stay” clean and all housekeeping did was take out the trash and switch the towels. We found the staff to be welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We had a lower floor apartment (on request) which was well appointed and spotless. Having a laundry option was important to us as we were staying for 7 days over Christmas. The pool facilities were also an incentive for booking. The food options in the area were fantastic for both breakfasts and dinners. We used First Parking, 558 Little Bourke Street and paid for 7 days. Unlimited entry/exit. Only a few mins walk to Aspire. We would highly recommend and would use again on a future visit to Melbourne.

Lovely spot in CBD. Very straight for forward checkin. Two bedroom apart only came with four towels though and the beds and pillows were a bit of a struggle. Nice overall though
