Air conditioning was very stable and constant. We were in a room very close to the elevator, this was the only passage way for other guests, yet we never heard anyone being disruptive throughout the day or night. the ice machine was right across our room and we never heard anyone else retrieving ice. the entire floor felt like it was emply. convenient location to a lot of food choices and shopping.

I rented 2 rooms one was clean and the other one hadn’t been swept or mopped. I did send a text but no one was sent to clean my cousin’s room and I felt bad since it was there first time staying there. And I had bragged about how we loved staying there many times before
