Bottom line - great potential, but for this price, you can do better.
Pros:
Amazing Staff! very kind and considerate
Peaceful and serene atmosphere
Beautiful beach to chill next to, or take a paddle board/kayak out
Outdoor shower and pond in room
No wifi and TV in rooms was a nice touch
Cons:
Value for money - this is not a cheap resort, and it isn't reflected in the experience
Food - 90% of the dishes we ordered were just not tasty
Rooms - the beds were terrible: the mattress was uncomfortable, the pillows were too big
Cleaning - we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned twice during our stay

I booked this resort for myself and my two daughters and it was so beautiful. The beach waters are literally crystal clear turquoise water. The snorkeling was beautiful. The coral was so bright. The staff was 10 out of 10 so pleasant so kind willing to go above and beyond to make your stay happy. ...

Stayed in a garden suite, nice size room for family of 4 (kids 7&9). They loved the pools, beach, and many activities at kids club. All staff were friendly and caring.
