My stay was great, the only thing that bothered me is the lack of a kettle n tea in the room.

The SLS is a great hotel, also has the monorail connected which made getting further in the strip easy & effiecent. Didnt like the pool was only open 9-6. We would have swam every night if it was opened later. We spent most days exploring & sight seeing so by the time we got back it was closed, which was disappointing.

Good location, quite room. Beds are small tho. Free parking is a blessing. Nice swimming pool, with a bar in the middle. Not too many crazy people around.

Very disappointing. Room small and staff unfriendl

Room was tiny! And very very basic/bare! Not what you would expect from sls or W. Staff we’re rude and didn’t care. Considering this hotel is so far from the action- it needs to deliver on value. It didn’t.

Best Thanksgiving and Best Food.

Pros: Great rooms, staff friendly and helpful. Best restaurants.
Cons: Coffee/ tea in the rooms and coffee shop after 9pm. Pool, spa facilities. Review Facility fees or include in pricing. Website - need more information.
Location: Used a car to get to anywhere. Had a lot of fun. Thanksgiving in Vegas was brilliant and would do it again. Beauty & Essex, Antiques Market, Pinball.
Great, spacious clean hotel with well designed modern rooms. Food was amazing. Award winning Michelin star Chef at ...Meat; and best Japanese. Staff are amazing and most helpful. Great lady in Conscierge got us great seats and better pricing to see Boys to Men (she was also our source for the best iced drinking water bottles - much needed when you do a lot of sight seeing). She was witty and friendly, smart conversationalist, and we learned so much about where we are and what is available. Things we missed out on - coffee / tea facilities in the room (handy for early mornings and late nights); coffee shop not available week nights after 9pm; a spa for unwinding (without a treatment), especially for international travel (Sydney to LA to Las Vegas); Pool closed- seeing it was indoors; Gym small, but had all the equipment we needed. Hotel is a bit off of the main drag, therefore quieter and felt welcoming after a long day. You need transport. Did not like the facility fees - we usually self-parked anyway, for convenience. Prefer to pay for these charges upfront if you budget and travel from overseas. Think Mystery hotel flag is a bit deceiving, especially when you are travelling in a larger group (4 of us and two bedrooms). Website limited as in services available.

Great hotel but

No knowledge of Seasonal pools on arrival, no/little ventilation in the bathroom, maid attempted to clean/service the room at 11:30pm.... (like whyyy?) And food stalls do not deliver to room and double charged. Otherwise, staff were very nice, convenient transport, good vibe and everything feels welcoming.

Very nice hotel, close to public transport

Very comfy bed and pillows, wifi is excellent consistently. My bed linen weren't very clean when I checked in, so I had to be moved only to find dirty quilt cover in the next one! The supervisor was pretty good, took photos and got it cleaned straight away... After that my room was cleaned very well for the 8 nights I stayed there.Staff are simply amazing. The bad... When checking out I got overcharged, someone had breakfast in the cafe and put it to my room, that was disappointing however they fixed it. I only realised an hour after I had left so had to come back so make sure you check your bill properly. No coffee or tea making in the room you have to go downstairs to buy for $4-5 that annoyed me being the tea lover I am. Bottom line, I would probably stay at SLS again.
