The walls are thin. Because it is also a casino, you get neighbors that are awake all night watching TV etc. Saturday turned out to be quietest night of the week. Volume of music is up in the dining and casino areas. I'm 68, too loud for me!

Hi. I stay at this hotel quite often. There is always something wrong there. This last trip I had to leave immediately! The wifi, tv and in room phone were inoperable, The breakers kept switching off. After running and finally connecting to wifi, My companys website said wifi flagged as highly insecure. I had to leave and they said I should not have a problem getting my money refunded by manager in morning. I had to sleep in my car! The next morning I called and they never answer! So I went back to hotel and was told manager denied me. I never even checked in nor did I stay!

Terrible unfriendly customer service rude unhelpful staff. I’m from out of State traveling with family for the first time. The latina in the front desk will provide no friendly contact, no service information but want only your payment and go. All prepare yourself for rude service here to not be received or get greeted on by anyone working in the front desk. So, if you’re a person who takes things personal walk away and seek elsewhere... don’t wast your time and money here.

For the price and what it offers, you’re better off finding something closer to the strip or Fremont or good old fashioned Motel 6. Definitely more of a local dive bar/casino/hotel. Reminds me of the old Barcelona hotel casino on E Craig road back in the early 2000! I got the business suite with one bed. Looks nothing like the pictures. TV didn’t work, room and hall way smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking floor… make that make sense? The casino floor and bar were ok. Servers were sub par. Counting on their looks and assets for tips instead of actually being a waitress… but hey that’s Vegas for you!
