So the room was a regular room, I didn't receive an upgrade, but I was offered late check out, which we didn't use, there was hair in my shower when I noticed it late, but no big deal I rinsed it down the drain, front desk was personable enough, outside of hotel is very pretty. I only stayed here because my friend that I visited lives 10 minutes away, I probably won't stay here again, it's too far and I didn't see anything that special, most employees in the restaurants were pleasant and professional, the sink stopped up, but the repair person came and fixed it in a short time, I appreciated that.

Please make the beds

Everything was wonderful except that we were surprised that although we had requested service for the room, the beds were not made. The towels were changed and the trash had been emptied so we knew someone had been there. It was a first for us and frankly not a good thing. We hope that in the future the beds will be made daily. Otherwise the staff, especially the porters and valets are excellent.
