Short stay for us.

We were really only there to spend a quick night before hitting national parks for the week. It was suitable as it wasn't too expensive and it was on our way out of Vegas towards Zion. Too smoky for me though.

Rooms were great, friendly service.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. There was a frig in the room, no microwave, coffee available in main lobby area. Plenty of drawers and a desk with large mirror. My only complaint was the cigarette smoke smell in lobby that permeated into all areas except for the hotel rooms, they did not smell. We stayed on the first floor, hallways were noisy but we could not hear the rooms on each side or the people above us. There are several restaurants, movie theatre and casino, we did not use any of those services. Lots of places to eat nearby that don’t smell like cigarette smoke.

Check in customer service is top notch!!

I was very happy with the customer service from the front desk. The lady helping me was so nice and accommodating when it came to my request for a handicap room close to my other room close to my other families room. She managed to put us all next to each other, which made the stay so much better and less stressful on me. I really appreciated how helpful she was.

Surprisingly very clean and staff was exceptionally pleasant. There were plenty of places to eat inside the hotel which was nice. The only issue I had was I was not aware smoking was allowed inside the Casino and it was overwhelming at times. Otherwise I had an amazing time.
