Our tub in the restroom was not cleaned from the previous people.There was a dirt ring all around.I washed my hair in the sink and had to clean up using the sink.The host at the check in was not very friendly in helping when a question was asked.The view from the window was nice.First time trip to Vegas.

The room itself was ok clean. Spot on bed sheet which should have been thrown out if small spot was unable to be laundered clean. Slept on top sheet. Tub should be replaced due to rust. Loud motor type noise that cycled on and off from up above floor.

Pretty nice property and conveniently located on Fremont. Good food and drink options.Some of our interactions with staff weren’t the best. Very rude bell boys who were very demanding with respect to tips.(I tipped them well). Also we had a issue with another guests at the pool at a private cabana we rented (they entered our area and were going through our things) security and the servers were not interested in hearing our complaint and allowed the person to stay near us.

Love this place. Rooms I’ve stayed in in the Gold tower are always quiet- there can be a snaffu with a phone needing replacement (once) but they are good to you and usually take a resort fee off if you ask. I love the place. I don’t gamble. I go to relax and people watch outside. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Fremont.

SIGNIFICANT hidden fees. Didn’t get the room we were supposed to until half way through the trip and ended up having to pay additional fees. Charges for coffee in the rooms. Rude staff except the maintenance man who came to fix the door one that was broken on the bathroom. A $500 trip ended up costing us around $1500
