Its horrible the freezer was not working the window was broken and someone tried to break into me a my girlfriend room and had to call the cops and everyone acting like they didn't see anything and it's very noisy at night

The bed was comfy. No hair dryer, tissues or extra blankets. It was 35 degrees outside and the heat was not on at our arrival. The knob to the sink was broken as well as the control for the shower. It was very hard to regulate the temperature of the shower.

Gal working check in was extremely rude. Wouldnt accept husbands id, kept saying it was expired. Then was using his middle name and said there wasnt any reservations by that name. Told her to use the correct last name and wanted another name for reservations.
