I’ll try to describe all those inconveniences we experienced when we were staying there. Everything started with checking in where we found out that our room was not located in this address and obviously in the building of the hotel mentioned in booking information. As a front desk representative explained we should have driven for more than 2.5 miles to arrive in the area where the small building was located to get into the room. When we finally arrived at that building there was nobody from hotel staff who could help us and we definitely needed help since our card keys were glitching and we couldn’t open the door during 10-15 minutes. It was late 11:30 pm and we barely found the parking area so we didn’t really want to drive back in the main building so I decided to call front desk and believe or not nobody answered the phone at all. Finally we got somehow in the room and all other “surprises” started there: there was no heat it was freezing cold, the floor was dirty not vacuum cleaned at all. A lot of small plastic pieces ( broken container or maybe broken plastic bottles) were everywhere around. Huge spiders on the walls. We have been on the first floor, what was really shocking for me there was a door leading outside on the street from the living room and the locker of that door was damaged it was not closing we slept in opened room. Finally in the morning after shower we found out that there is no hair dryer. And at the front desk nobody was picking up the phone!
