Our family of 4 (kids 4 & 6) really enjoyed our stay at the resort. There was plenty of options for the whole family when it came to pools, food, beaches, and entertainment. The beach and grounds were kept very clean. Most of the action at pool and beach took place at the Colonial, so keep that in mind when booking. There was ample transportation between hotels when needed, and you could even get rides directly to your room if needed. I would recommend the resort to anyone looking for a trip that can please any group. One suggestion when checking in, ask if you have access to the "family selection" as these areas a great for keeping kids entertained.

It was great to experience all of the restaurants,pools and beaches of the other resorts. The staff went over and above to make our stay great! The natural setting, wildlife and gardens made this trip outstanding. The spa was amazing.

Our stay here was lovely! All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Shout out to Cielo and David, our concierges, as well as the manager Miguel. They took extra effort to ensure we had the best experience and were able to celebrate our anniversary in style. Highly reccomend the Japanese and steak restaurants!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Grand Palladium Resort! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always greeting us with a smile and offering helpful advice on things to do and see. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens and spacious, clean rooms. The pools were pristine, and we especially loved the variety of options—there was something for everyone, from a lively pool with activities to a quieter, more serene space to relax. The food was incredible! The all-inclusive dining options were diverse, with everything from international cuisine to local specialties. Each meal felt like a treat, and the themed dinners were a nice touch. The bars served delicious cocktails, and we appreciated the variety of drink options available throughout the day. What really stood out was the range of activities and amenities. Whether you're into lounging by the beach or pools to the entertainment team keeping things fun and engaging the nightly shows and events. Our villa 59 was perfectly close to the beach in White Sends Resort and the room with view of lush green exotic Flora. The concierge team (Ceilo and David) were fantastic in introducing us to various events. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Palladium Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway. It's a perfect blend of luxury, fun, and excellent service—We will definitely be coming back!

This is our second time at the property and we love how large it is. We love walking around and you don’t get bored because there are many lobby’s and things to do. The staff does a great job. I will definitely book with Expedia again they treated us great.

Great pools and food is fabulous. We stayed in villa 58 and had David and Cielo as our concierge and they set us up with our dinner reservations and checked in with us daily. I’ve never had that good of service. Highly recommended.
