The resort is absolutely beautiful! The beach was so amazing. Pools were great too. Food was decent. Hard to get dinner reservations to the restaurants and service was slow. Rooms were always clean and well stocked. We had a butler we could text any time and they would be so helpful. Overall, great trip

We love coming to the Riviera Maya, but we have never been before to this resort. We stated at FS at Kantenah w two kids ages 9 and 5. We stayed at building 50 and loved the location. Close to the beach and across the FS pool and buffets The resort is stunning. Located within the jungle and mangroves, wildlife is everywhere, and our kids loooved it. We counted over 100 iguanas, saw a snake, agoutis, coatis and a basilisk lizard. Service is just out of this world, everywhere. From the people taking care of the grounds to the Buttler team. Daniela, Guillermo and Rogelio made our stay the most special. They were so helpful. Our kids got sick and helped us get the dr to the room, let us know when medication was ready, make sure that we had all we needed in the room all the time, informed us about the entertainment every day and surprised our kids with spectacular balloon art one night when we came back to the room. Lizbeth at the FS pool is the kindest, hard working and attentive waitress. Always making sure people were happy and served. Our days in the pool were always brightened by her service. Fernanda the FS manager is a star. Always checking around, making sure all is going well, helping tidy the areas, talking to customers, really made a difference to see a Manager so involved and caring. Room was perfect. So clean. After this, it will be hard to match. Absolutely a great week.

Great view, walking distance to the beach, great service. Abraham, our butler, was great. Very attentive and took care of the little details so I could relax. My only feedback was the ants in our room ruined room service and the buffets during the day weren’t great.

The staff at this resort is incredible! Abraham, our butler, made our stay unforgettable, handling everything from restaurant bookings to fixing issues. He even packed us lunch for the airport, which was a lifesaver since Cancun Airport is extremely expensive. Paris and Aaron were also amazing. Rosalia, Azansion, Marcelino (best crepes!), Filamena, and Sabelina provided top-tier service at the restaurants—please tip them! The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully kept grounds and amazing wildlife. We saw monkeys, iguanas, coatis, and agoutis—but please don’t feed them! Walking the bridges felt magical, though carts ran every 10 minutes if needed. La Hacienda buffet was our favorite—delicious grilled meats, fried rice, and risotto. The White Sand buffet was great for breakfast. We tried several restaurants: Italian, Japanese, and Thai, but the buffet was best. Coffee was hit or miss, but the in-room machine was great. The entertainment was fantastic—Silent Party, White Party, and a Mardi Gras beach party with live music. The pools were fun, and snorkeling was good when the water was calm. We booked VIP Transfer (Lummus Transport)—great service.

We loved everything during this trip, from the seamless check in and check out to the point that beach is spectacular, staff is very attentive, service is on another level. Rooms and the grounds are beautiful. Food was good, but closer to 4 star quality. One thing we wish there was more variety of nights shows. Overall great stay, would definitely recommend to visit.
