The electrical outlets were loose and hanging from the walls, leaving a huge space which made it unsafe for me to plug in any of my electronics. The TV was also switched from the original one. The TV guide was pre-recorded which made it very hard to find something legit to watch on television. I also originally booked a Jacuzzi suite b

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast options limited. Not a hot breakfast but there is bread for toast, dingdongs or twinkies, yogurt, oatmeal, or 2 kinds of cereal. There is juice, milk, hot chocolate or coffee to drink. As long as personal items aren't in the way, the room gets cleaned and restocked with fresh towels. Cable tv with hbo and cinemax to watch. Wifi, however I couldn't get on it.

The gal at the desk for check in and check out was great! Great personality and efficient. This is a non-smoking hotel, and you all know how some people 'sneak smoke' thinking we won't notice, but there is a stale smell in the air? Not here!!!! The room and hallways smelled fresh! Woo hoo! Beds were comfy and the shower pressure was very good! Parking was easy. We would stay here again!

This property presented serious safety concerns from the moment I arrived. As I pulled into the parking lot, I observed individuals roaming the area, approaching vehicles, and lingering near poorly lit sections of the property. The outside of the hotel appeared poorly maintained, with inadequate lighting and visible signs of neglect that did not inspire confidence in the overall security of the location. Based on what I observed, I did not feel safe enough to exit my vehicle or attempt to check in. I contacted Expedia immediately from the parking lot to report my concerns, and after explaining the situation, I was issued a full refund. I understand that the surrounding area has had its challenges over the years, and hotels located near major highways and busy commercial corridors often experience higher foot traffic and activity. However, the conditions I encountered at this property went far beyond what I would consider normal for a roadside hotel. The combination of poor exterior maintenance, low visibility, and concerning activity on the premises made this location feel unsafe and unsuitable for an overnight stay. For these reasons, I chose not to proceed with the reservation. I strongly recommend that travelers be cautious and that the property address the security and maintenance issues I observed.

Horrible customer service. Rooms were not very clean. Stains on the ceiling. They were overbooked & didnt get the room we reserved online. I ended up with bed bug bites after I got home the day we checked out. We only booked this hotel because all others were full due to a truck show in town.
