The property did not have any TV service and I could not cancel the reservation due to booking through a 3rd party . They did not even try to accommodate anything or fix the TV issue at all. The pillows are the tiniest pillows I’ve ever seen at a Hotel and hard as a rock . The a/c was terrible and the room had stains on the carpet . The bathroom was clean though. Walks are very thin fyi . The parking is $25 a night . I would probably choose a different hotel closer to downtown Palm Springs next time .

First time and a nice experience- the staff was good and the breakfast was good and welcoming.Parking is a little challenging but ok. Live music was awesome- pool was great- I wish the tennis courts were in better condition ( a cleaning and they need new center straps). Question?? Do they need an instructor?? Or a small camp?? I attended the national (L2) Senior tennis event hosted by Wilson(700+ players in attendance from around the country). Great experience and I enjoyed the event!!👍

When I checked in, I was informed that there was a $25 per day parking fee which I don't remember being in the Orbitz fee calculation. Also I was informed that there is no TV reception because of a equipment failure. This is the first time in my travels that there was no TV. As a consolation the check-in clerk gave me three continental breakfast tickets for each day of my stay. This didn't do me a lot of good because my event schedule had me leaving me very early in the morning so I couldn't take advantage. This weekend was NFL championship Sunday so instead of relaxing in my room to watch the games I had to find somewhere else in an unfamiliar town to watch the games. Upon check out I asked the clerk if they could waive the $75 in parking fees because of the significant inconvenience of having zero TV reception, he just kinda shrugged and said "that's why we gave you the continental breakfast tickets".

Rip off! They charge you $25 a day for parking. However, there is no security gate. No security guard. Its just an open parking lot anyone can walk into or drive into. The $25 is just go gouge the guests. Also the TV was down all 4 days I stayed there. No credit or anything. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Everything was super clean front desk was good only I don’t like people who do breakfast they don’t pay attention to you iff you don’t order eggs from the kitchen they hustling for tip I have complementary breakfast for free when they see et no one ask me noting and never pay attention on me and I’m loking never pay any either weather. Any customer taking some breakfast I do your employee don’t do any attention to us only who is that hot breakfast and that people have to pay extra and your employee pay attention of them they just loking for tips I like to live some tips on the table but I’m not just because I see how you employees do and I don’t like you must educate them all customer supposed to be same thank you

First, I’ll start by saying that the staff in the morning breakfast as well as the housekeeping were delightful and cheerful. If only their front desk people were at that level. This property has seen better days and better management. From the brusk reception and notification that their directv isn’t working (can’t pay the bill??), carpet stained rooms, creepy posters of Lucy and Desi everywhere, this property desperately needs help. To compensate for their lack of tv they offered a lackluster assortment of bread and cereal for a breakfast. It’s just not worth it.

The Indian Wells Resort was a great stay at a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed for our stay, including access to a pull-away bed. The room was cleaned daily. For an older hotel, it still retains it's charm and is kept well.

The place was filthy. Tv was not working . Elevator was not working . They charged me 25.00 for parking. They gave us complimentary breakfast for no TV. It was horrible, never experienced anything like it.One of the most bizarre places to stay. Not recommended
