I LOVED it! I was there for a wedding reception amd brunch the following day. My room, with an ocean view, was wonderful. The staff were terrific, the food both at the reception and the restaurant was yummy. I highly recommend the New England Clam chowder with Old Bay Seasoning fries. I soo wish I could've stayed more than two nights!

Room was comfortable. Staff was great. But be aware Expedia is incorrect and there is no free parking on site. It costs $20 a night to valet park.

I was there for a wedding. I live a mile away. I was just disappointed that my room didn't have any towels when I came in. Also, the next day wasn't cleaned up and some of the bathrooms and outside from the wedding. I also cut my foot on glass. When these things were mentioned to the desk, they were taken care of.

Needs more mature management

We were intentional about booking here because last year we all met in Florida and it was a fun place to eat and listen to live music. Everything was OK for the first couple of days but I always had the do not disturb sign on and had told the staff I did not need more towels or my garbage emptied or anything like that. They came in anyway took the dirty towels, did not replace a single washcloth or hand towel, and then my pajamas were missing. I told them about this after tearing my room apart looking for them. They called me when I was on my flight home to tell me they were found in a drawer in my room which is absolutely not where I had ever put them as I never used drawers in any hotel - ever. Additionally, I looked in those drawers repeatedly before I left. In my opinion the general manager there was immature regarding dealing with patrons, because he went on about how reliable the staff member was who returned the pajamas instead of believing me that I never ever put clothes in a drawer and know that I did not leave them in any drawer in the room because I had checked the drawers numerous times and found them empty! Totally ruined my experience and I would never ever go back.

In desperate need of a complete remodel..our toilet never flushed properly and overall the suite was in pretty bad shape..$40 a day for beach chairs and an umbrella is a bit extreme Hotel staff was very accommodating But highly unlikely i would stay again

We stayed on the ground floor ocean side and it was perfect. The room was a little snug but just the job for me and my partner. The food was great, both breakfast and evening. Breakfast I would say, don’t wait until the last minute cos they did run out of a few items. Beach access and live music!! Definitely will book again.

The wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and watching the surf from the balconey was relaxing. They charge for parking which is the same price whether you use the Valet service or not. At the room rate they charge, parking should be included.

Big fan! We stayed in a one bedroom oceanfront suite and had a great time. The place was very clean, had excellent amenities and was right on the beach. Seemed like a great value for the money. There was even a live band at the restaurant next to the pool. Would definitely come back.
