Designed for togetherness, the main level boasts a chef-ready kitchen with 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and generous counter space. The spacious dining area offers seating for 14 at two large tables, plus 4 more at the breakfast bar. Just beyond, the main living room features a large sectional, mounted TV, a half bathroom for guests convenience and sliding balcony doors that open to the pool deck and beach. A sunny breakfast nook seats 6, while a second living area with a TV provides the perfect hangout spot for kids.

The beach house was clean on arrival. The elevator was a major plus with loading and unloading. A wide variety of pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. Two crockpots along with separate ice maker made cooking for a group easy. I would not hesitate to book again.

Beach Getaway

Grande Vista was a great house for our large extended family. Great pros were the elevator, the three refrigerators, and beach access. The pool was perfect for cooling off. The deck chairs were great for Great Grandma to sit in with the beach view without having to walk on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear. Ice machine was broken during our stay, but they were working on it and had great communication throughout the stay. (Refrigerators did make ice enough for us anyway.) Would highly recommend!

Amazing Family Thanksgiving

Such an amazing unit, eight bedrooms all with private bathrooms. Family members came from Texas, Louisiana, Georgia and Florida. We pick a different location every year and Everyone pick this unit as the most enjoyable trip. We would come back.

Wonderful Stay!

This house was perfect for our 5 family stay! Bedrooms for all the couples and 2 bunk rooms (girls room and boys room) was exactly what we needed. Perfect place fishing in the ocean or the lagoon. Very comfortable beds. Some of the living room furniture was a little tired but still comfortable. We would stay there again.

Awesome location with everything your large group may need.

The property is in good clean condition. We had 2 small issues, 1 with ac and a toaster. Both were handled quickly and professionally. The house has everything you need with a large group of people. The way the kitchen is stocked really is impressive down to the amount of silverware. The location is awesome with close proximity to shopping and restaurants.
