Different than the posting

The place was a mess and very worn out. A nasty smell coming from the sink drain. Flies, maggots and fruit flies coming out of the garbage disposal. Called the service and 2 individuals arrived and threw some dish liquid, ice and garbage disposal cleaner in the drain and left. It still had a nasty smell. The floor was damaged with tape on it. The upstairs smelled of mildew and there was mold underneath the house on the drywall. The house should have been worth the cost. It’s wore out and needs some serious care and work.

Beach House

The house was perfect size for our family.. Plenty of room and beds. Kitchen was nice size. Could use new can opener and toaster. Also, could use potholders and towels. Had read this in reviews, so took some from home. Could use a decent grill and a table on the deck would be nice. But over all, would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This house is beautiful. The location is about 5 minutes from the closest store, and far enough away from public beach areas that we had a huge amount of beach all to ourselves! In June! There are a few oddball things like no toilet paper holder in downstairs bathrooms, 2 broken ice makers (we managed to fix one), and an a/c filter that visibly needed to be changed… but the cleaning crew did an amazing job overall of getting sand out of the house and the bathrooms and kitchen felt clean. It was amazing having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher with 4 kids in the house! We loved that the whole family could sit at the table and play games, and getting back and forth to the house from the beach was so easy. Overall nothing would keep us from staying here again!
