Hi Anonymous, Our sincere apology for the gap in our usual high standard. Unfortunately, we don't know your name or your unit number to identify which unit it is. We checked all the units and do not see any damaged wall or door??? If there's big thing like wall or door is damaged, we should notice right away. We wish we had known about it during your stay so we can rectify the issue right away but we did not hear anything from you guys, unfortunately. Our reception opens during business hours and we have call centre which you can connect with us 24/7 from your room or from outside. Our apartments is self-serviced apartments so we only provide complimentary welcome pack of amenities for the first night. Any extra, you can get from supermarket just some mins walking away or from reception at reasonable cost. This is stated on our website or listings. Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that you didn't book the Riverview room. We even showed you the booking confirmation from Wotif showing that you booked the other room type which does not have riverview and is cheaper when the you raised the issue upon arrival. Our riverview units are stated clearly with Riverview title and in the description. We are sorry that you may not read it carefully which may lead to this misunderstanding.
