Was a lovely few days. The hotel is central to everything you need and only a short tram ride to the heart of surfers paradise. Check in team were absolutely lovely. The only negative was that it was hard to sleep as the fan in the bedroom would make a knocking sound on anything other than low, I’m sure not a problem if you aren’t hot bodied or a light sleeper.

Excellent stay. The apartments are really spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. The location couldn’t be better - walking distance to Surfers Paradise, close to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transport. Super convenient and easy to get around. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Our view was perfect as promised and paid for. We had a view of the ocean and park. The hotel had apartments without service. Nice heated pool however bubbles in spa didnt work. Rooms were clean but you will need cleaning stuff for kitchen like sponges and dishwashing liquid.
