My first time experience, simple online booking, super helpful, professional & friendly service from the front desk on arrival. Drop box checkout. ‘Partial beach view’ was better than expected! I specifically booked an Ocean View room; however, the room provided had only a very limited partial ocean view, which was misleading and not consistent with the booking description. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene standards were below expectations for a hotel of this category. There was also significant noise during the night, which made it difficult to rest. I raised these concerns with the hotel manager, however the response and attitude were unhelpful and unprofessional, and the matter was not handled appropriately. Overall, this stay did not meet the advertised standards, and I am very dissatisfied with the experience.

Staffs very friendly and helpfull but cleaning staff is not replace towels properly and not refill milk in the fridge

Staff were very friendly and accommodating . Our room key didn’t work at first so we were given free cocktails .Room was very clean and spacious. Black out curtains, let too much morning light in . Fantastic location to restaurant, shops and beach
