easy check in. room smelt musty and closed up. Air conditioning was ok, the room attendant kept altering the temperature. Something needs to be done about the pool chairs and beds, people were down putting towels on them at 6am, and leaving them most of the day to reserve them, spoke to reception and they didn't act on it.

We are a young couple with a toddler and stayed here for six nights over the New Year period. The room was spacious but really needs an update, and the cots were very dated. The buffet breakfast was standard and not great value — no barista coffee, limited alternative milks, and no berries. Breakfast started quite late, which made mornings challenging with a young child. For a beachfront hotel with multiple pools, it was poorly equipped. Towels often ran out, and our room was only properly serviced two days out of six. Staff seemed unaware of housekeeping issues and couldn’t resolve them. The location is the hotel’s only saving grace. We wouldn’t recommend it for families with young children — there are better options out there.

Room was very small for the price , staff were nice but service was slow. The pool and sauna were not very sanitary. Many queries were made with roll out beds , etc but issues were not addressed.

Reception staff great, house keeping not great. No management of non hotel guests using the pool or tracking people reserving spots for hours, without actually being there. Lounge staff Ok but not overly friendly, ask for your room number every visit. Hotel is in a great location, breakfast is great and recommended if the price is good.

The lifts at the property are atrocious. Massive wait times in the lift. Very old and outdated rooms and amenities inside the bathrooms. Hand wash bottles are fixed at height younger kids won't be able to access it on their own. Will avoid next time. Reception desk service was not prompt.

We loved our stay at the Hilton. The staff were warm and friendly and ensured we were being looked after. From the check-in experience to the seamless check-out, Everything was perfect. The breakfast was lavish, and the staff there kept checking with us to see if we needed anything special from the Chef or to our liking. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the Surfer's Paradise shopping precinct. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the toiletries were well-stocked. We were at level 5, and there was no street noise in the room.
