Encore is a very smart comfortable residence within easy walking of Cavill Avenue and the shops and restaurants of Broadbeach. The apartments are all very well spaced and equipped, and the lovely recreation area with gym, pool, jacuzzi and sauna are perfect for everyone to use.

Lovely property, the only issue was the third bedroom had no hanging cupboard, which was very strange...was it a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom and a study, with a bed in it? Parking for our second car in the street was difficult too. The property and facilities were amazing, heated pool, spa, gym and sauna

For a relatively new property, that isn't in a large pool of options. I was a little unimpressed, they're only little things but do add up when you are paying a premium for a 3 bedroom place at hotel rates. The sliding door could hardly be operated, couch pillows had stains on them, no plug for the bathtub and cardboard wedged in the shower cable to hold in place.
