This hotel advertises smoke free rooms but apparently the hall ways and rooms next to the smoke free rooms are not smoke free. It was miserable.

Great stay but smelly stay.

While the hotel itself was nice for the price, my main complaints are I smelled cigarettes the entire time I was there. Every time I left my room, it reeked of cigarettes in a NON SMOKING hotel. Also, we did not get cleaning services at all while there. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights.. ran out of tissue and towels multiple times. We always saw the housekeepers cleaning other rooms but never cleaned ours

I loved that they had breakfast but our bed base was kind of moving everywhere when we would sit on the bed and the bed skirt had black skid marks on it and crumbs and dirt. And there wasn't enough outlets there was just one on one side of the bed but overall the service was great checking in was a little rocky because they put a hold on my account and it took money that it shouldn't had take but the receptionist fixed it and we were able to check in smoothly after that our bathroom door kept getting stuck if we slid is all the way back cause there wasn't a handle on it

I used to stay at this property frequently and had no issues. But this weekend was awful. Got to the room and the toilet was broken. The man came up and supposedly fixed it. He said if that didn’t work we could change our room. A day later my boyfriend got really sick and the toilet broke. I called the front desk again and they said to come get the plunger and do it myself. So I tried and the toilet just overflowed. I called the front desk and he had an oh well attitude and said they didn’t have maintenance. So as well as being sick my boyfriend had to deal with a nasty overflowing toilet. The employee would not let us move our room. Because my boyfriend was sick he left the housekeeping thing out and no one ever changed the linens. He called to the desk and he was told yet again to get them and do it himself. Now we paid enough to stay here, but now we are required to take care of things that the hotel should? I don’t think so. The door lock was broken on the bathroom as well as the shower faucet. Don’t spend your money here unless you feel like doing someone else’s job.

No more Sleep Inn stays for me

First night I had to ask to have a different room because the guest next door was screaming and cussing. The three nights total that I stayed there, I was in 3 more rooms. This was due primarily to excessive noise which prevented me from getting any sleep. Some encounters: cockroaches in one room, a smoke alarm constantly chirping outside the room door, toilet seats (2) almost falling off, a sliding door off its tracks in the bathroom, and traffic noise from I-40 highway located near the hotel. With ear plugs and sleep medications I was finally able to get a decent night's rest the final night of my stay. I do gadmit that the manager on duty tried to make my stay more acceptable by moving me from room to room. So, they did what they could it seems.

Ok for the price

First room had a broken bathroom door switched to another room and the handle on the shower was kind of busted but still useable and I had to take the toilet tank lid of every other flush to jiggle the filler and get it to fell back up for the next flush, but wasn't trying to move rooms again. TVs aren't smart so make sure you have devices for any streaming services.

Very disappointed stayed here about a month ago and had a great experience, this time people were yelling and slamming doors, called the front desk and was told he hear it and that he would deal with it. Ended up leaving early because i was unable to sleep.

Nice hotel and staff to stay over at short term.

The staff was nice and helpful. Coffee tasted burnt. Toilet wobbled and had to have staff come plunger it when we first got there. It was good for my overnight stay.
