Short staffed everywhere. Guests were waiting 4+ hours for their rooms.. anger & rage. Receptionist held it together, he deserves a trophy! restaurant had 1 server for the entire place.. free bar drinks were apparently most important. Trash was everywhere inside & out. Room was VERY wet & sticky. Refrigerator did not work. Patience was extremely exercised… very disappointed…

Horrible experience checking in for the room. The process was not easy and had to wait to check in with my children, one with important medicine has to be refrigerated along with my groceries of checked in that was spoiled due to the wait time. We were not able to get into our room until 6:30pm. The hotel was not accommodating at all.

We had an amazing weekend at this facility. The room was great and all the staff was super friendly and helpful. I have a few recommendations, 8 know it's brought after the hurricanes but since you don't have carpeting in the rooms you should make sure the floors are mopped(our white socks were black on the first night), for @160 rooms you should upgrade your poolside chairs to accommodate the # of guests and it would have been nice to have poolside towels. Everytime we went for a towel they were out. Other than those few minor issues, I highly recommend this hotel. We are considering staying here for Jeep Beach next year and will put the word out for our friends as well.

So initially I’ve heard good things about this hotel but it was the absolute opposite. It took forever to check in. They said they were going to call me when our room was ready because early check in was not available and I never got a call. We were there since 12pm and didn’t get a room until a little after 6pm. The lobby was crazy busy and people were shouting at the poor guy who was new. They just so happen to have papers on the side of the lobby with room keys and I saw my name and that’s how I got my room. They were extremely understaffed especially for a holiday weekend. I initially was asking for a refund but their manager was refusing to approve any refunds. The restaurant on the property had one waitress running the bar and the restaurant. Not everything on the menu was available and the service wasnt great. The room was ok at first. The remote didn’t work but my husband messed with the batteries and got it to work. The faucet in the bathroom was loose. The TV when you turn it on had two lines on the side like it was broken and not too mention the two little small roaches that decided to come out and say hi. The tiki bar in the pictures is no longer there and neither is the basketball court they had. I’m not sure if they are doing construction but it was a mess. There is also not a lot of seating available by the pool. Overall do not recommend and will not be coming again. They need to do better.

Royal Rumble

Everything was great until our last evening there. I’m assuming the liquor took over some of the guest. The screaming from multiple rooms and can’t forget the fistfight that took place right outside of our room, 2 doors down. The icing on the cake was when we heard “You better not hit grandma”. The cops showing up twice to diffuse the nighttime entertainment was a bummer. But all in all, if you are into the Jerry Springer show, was a great stay.

They must have been short help. Chef shows up for work late, you have one bartender waiting on all the tables and working behind the bar, front desk had one person. Holiday weekend you knew you were going to be busy should have hired more people. They said it was non-smoking on the property that's funny tons of cigarette butts all over the mulch and the pole area. Thunder and lightning outside you don't alert people to get out of your pool?

There are not enough lounge chairs by the pool, please invest in more so your guest have a place to sit/lounge. Also the room we reserved showed a large refrigerator in the photo, we got a very small wine cooler.

The pool area was full of trash, disappointed that the room had roaches coming from the bathroom. The stress on the employees faces. They are overworked and low in staff!
