"Short Stay"
Short stay, Air con makes a funny gurgling sound whilst operating, higher the room better the view. signage of which is the apartment side and which is the hotel is side is confusing when entering from the car parks, have to go through the lobby to reach the lifts for the hotel side. Staff could of given more clearer instructions.

"Accommodation Mid January"
We didnt see any staff so a bit hard to write a review on them. Only at reception on way in and out. We booked a car through them and could have got it half the price by going direct. Room was serviced every day if you wished. Very clean and nice, king bed. Room was next to A/C so was very noisy when sat on balcony, which was often. Dont pay a deposit pay when you are there, ours has been lost along the way, so we had to for go it no offer of splitting it.

"Peaceful experience "
Lovely week long stay in Garden bungalow. While the room was smallish it was still very comfortable with a lovely patio over looking the pool. Having a bbq on the patio and a microwave in the room was a bonus for dinners. Would recommend to anyone.....apparently the hotel rooms have been upgraded and have access to a share bbq. Pool area was very inviting and staff were very welcoming. I never had breakfast there so cannot comment.

"Parking / VERY SLIPPERY FLOOR!"
$18 per night parking is expensive I think considering u was a paying customer already. Secure parking under ground made it difficult to park and retrieve the car as I had to get staff to give me access every time. I'm a fit young person however the wet floor due to rain in the hotel entrance with tiled flooring made it VERY DANGEROUS to access the hotel on foot. I think anything else apart from tiles could and should have been used to cover the floor as older people would have fallen as they may not have been as stable as I and I almost fell backwards which would have cause severe injuries if I had fallen. Otherwise a pleasant hotel.

"Mantra Darwin"
The location on the esplanade was very central. Staff always friendly. My only disappointment was having no balcony and with the hotel only slightly full it would have been a nice gesture to upgrade me without the exchange of extra money. However, that aside I could not fault the place. The Manager was always wandering around greeting guests and ensuring the smooth running of his business. Thanks for a great holiday.

"Close to everything"
My partner and i spent one night for our anniversary before heading back home to sydney, we couldnt be more happier great service and clean room location is good. A disadvantage was we booked the room including breakfast, but when i recieved the receipt it didnt state breakfast included not sure if its a site fault but i do recall a green tick with breakfast. I only book accommadation that includes breakfast and on this case we had no breakfast the morning after which was disappointing.
