On check out you didn’t report the maintenance issue at the receptionist and you didn't call the onsite manager when you check in to report the leak in the bathroom. During check in time and for all the after-hours check in, we provide the house rules, where we state: • Please report to our onsite manager immediately if you are not happy with your room, regardless of your arrival time. Night Manager contact number are provided in the house rules too. We have checked you booking and you reserved a Motel Twin Room with two single beds.
