The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is within walking distance to most restaurants. Rates is reasonable! Stayed at H on Smith 3 times in April, May and June 2024. We are from Melbourne and found this hotel very satisfactory!

A reasonable experience
Having stayed several times before I was a little surprised in the overall experience. The rooms have deteriorated to a point I could hear flushing toilets and running shows at different times of the day and night. The kitchen staff substandard but the front desk very professional.

Had a good stay, accommodation was great. Only issue was that it was Easter and there was no Room Service and limited opportunities to eat at the venue. This was offset by excellent front counter staff that meet all our needs for fresh towels, etc

The hotel is great! It's only the area outside the hotel you need to be careful. I'm a female solo traveller and was told by receptionist to not be out after 8pm as the area isn't safe

Check billing and booking details.
Nice place have stayed a few times before. Always an issue with billing though. Breakfast was included in booking they said it wasn't, I had to show them it was. Someone had charged a meal to my room that wasn't me. Seems to happen to often and starting to wonder if they think they can get away with it.
