The apartment overall very comfortable although shower in the bath not good for older generation. Couch could be replaced.

We have been staying here on and off since it opened and always loved it. This time very disappointed. They have split the hotel between managed appartments and Accor. No dining room and building has allowed to become tired and unkept. We stayed on 6th floor and had to ensue a horrible noise from the plant room all week. We were told it related to the air con and they were aware of it but no effort to ameliorate.

There have been a lot of changes since 2020 when the business model of the building changed to become mixed-use.In regards to the Air con issue, we have been following up with the building manager since it started happening. We have ben told that AC Contractor will be bleeding the Air out of the AC pipes but that would be a long process.We hope to have the opportunity to welcoming you again in future for a much-improved experience.Sincerely,Terence

Booked through wotif and told our reservation was complete and we needed to pay on check-in. At check-in we were told our booking had been cancelled because we didn’t pay a reservation fee through wotif and there were now only 5 non-oceanview hotel rooms available in the whole complex for $400 more for the 6 nights, and no parking included. We were shocked at the extra cost so checked online at accom options and found we were able to book through wotif an oceanview hotel room in the same hotel for $60 more than our original booking. We went to check in again 30 mins later and managed to book our exact same oceanview hotel room we originally reserved. We were relieved we now had accomodation after our initial shock, and paid the extra $19 per day for parking. The a/c broke in the complex and our room was a sauna for one day/night/day but we were grateful to be provided a 1 bedroom oceanview apartment for our last 2 nights.

Great top floor apartment, really spacious with a huge balcony overlooking the water. Brilliant shower, but unfortunately the body wash and conditioner had been watered down to the point that they were useless, so I had to purchase toiletries for my stay. Bed seemed hard but was really comfortable. Air con had been turned on ready for check in-I turned it off at night time as it really wasn’t needed. I’d certainly return!

Despite the fact that there was no restaurant the room was not equipped with facilities to make breakfast. No toaster, cutting board, bowls, sharp knives or spoons other that teaspoons. The pool was not accessible for aged or disabled. No rails, very high steps, main entry into deep water. Very disappointing and in Perth would be breaking the law.
