I mean it was ok. Room was nice, didnt miss a thing. Everything was basic but really ok! Location near muir Woods was great and the outdoor jacquzi was great!

We had noisy people above us all night for days. The front desk person was always polite and emphatic and did their best to put a stop to it. The sound proofing is not the best in the hotel. Also we had some issues that required repair…. frequently, but the young man was polite, knowledgeable and fixed everything promptly. All in all, it was a pleasant stay!

Room was basically apartment sizes. Very large, and big bedroom. Bathroom was also very spacious. It had a very cozy and home like feel. Staff was excellent, and the location was well suited for us.

Advertising is Deceptive describing our 2 bedroom suite with "private garden patio". Of all the things - this annoys me the most. We had a public walkway outside our front door and a view of freeway 101 on the other side of our suite. Freeway was loud at night. Room 613. Electrical issues with both bedside lamps in main bedroom, lights flashing on/off. No closet at all in main bedroom to hang clothes. Strong mildew smell under kitchen sink and inside silverware drawer. No hand soap in kitchen or bath. No hooks for bath towels to dry - hung our wet towels over kitchen chairs to dry. One roll of toilet paper given, we actually ran out. Only 2 prong electrical outlets in bedroom - please update. TV remotes are old and have buttons can't read - rubbed off numbers and words. HOT TUB was not even warm! So disappointing. I paid for a suite for a Christmas Vacation for 3 kids and myself to visit family here and it was such a Disappointment. People at front desk can be friendlier - no one asked about our room or if stay was ok - so here it is. No, we won't come back.

It’s hard to articulate the experience that I had at Marin suites. It’s difficult because I could never imagine a scenario playing out like the one that did. My wife was just released from the hospital and recovering from the edge of death having made that clear to the hotel staff and despite explaining that our dog was an anti-seizure is an anti-seizure dog an alert dog who’s purpose is to alert the family or anyone around whomever happens to be in in the area or in the vicinity to the potentiality of a seat of a seizure for my wife, and knowing all of this, the staff at this particular hotel, still never nevertheless determined at some point, I’m not sure what someone someone I guess from the staff had grown particularly irritated because I’ve never I’ve never quite experienced what I experienced at Marin suites and I’m not still to this to this
