Nice but no real breakfast

Overall it is a nice hotel and the staff was friendly. However when you claim to have a hot breakfast then you should have a hot breakfast. Items provided were not stocked, coffee was sometimes cold, and the only bakery item was bagels.

There were cockroaches running around and we booked a bigger room for more money but when we got there, they said that they only had one sized room and wouldn’t offer us any compensation. They were rude and dismissive.
