The Check-in was very slow. Also, a major disappointment was that for a room that cost $150 a night you would think that they would make the bed and clean the bathroom. Very classless!

I had a noisy room close to the freeway. The blinds didn't close so security lights outside shone into the window at night. Wish they disclosed parking fee upon booking $15/day. I liked that it was close to walking trail, restaurants, BART, & freeway. Their breakfast is good.

OK, but not first-rate

This hotel is OK, but it is tired and not quite up to 2020s standards. Bathrooms could use expanding and upgrading. Not enough convenient electricity. Layout was confusing. I drove into the parking garage, parked near an elevator, took the lift to my floor and was greeted with signs pointing to room numbers that all started with "2" but nothing even close to the room I had been assigned. Had to walk the full length of the hotel and got to the front desk only to be told I should not have parked where I did.

Crappy and dirty place

Creepy. Interesting characters at the hotel. Old, old carpets, old door. Dirty, stain bathtub, just two small towels were provided, I had to ask for more. Hairdryer was in bad condition, fire hazard, had to ask for a new one. Plugs did not worked well, very old and not strong current to charge a laptop properly. No bathroom extractor. Worst hotel. Cheesy tacky decorations on the lobby. I mean, I wasn’t expecting a Four seasons service . But something decent, clean. Please don’t stay here. I arrived late and did not had the energy to go somewhere else, thankfully was only one night. Stay elsewhere
