THIS HOTEL HAS ROACHES!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! When I checked in, the person was less than pleasantā€¦nasty nice is what I would call her!!! I was told my deposit would be released in 7-10 business daysā€¦IT WAS NOT!!! After 7 days, I called the hotel and was told it was refunded immediately. It was not! I called back and spoke with the hotelā€™s manager/director, he was rude, unprofessional and borderline hung up on me without solving my deposit problem. After calling my credit card company, I was told the hotel actually voided my original deposit date, gave me a refund of ā€œ$0.99ā€ (as opposed to my $100 original deposit). This process generated an additional ā€œ7-10ā€ business days for my deposit to be released, which was then, $99.90. JUST UNDERSTAND, THAT IF YOU HAVE A FINANCIAL DISPUTE WITH THIS HOTELā€¦DO NOT, AND I REPEAT, DO NOT EXPECT HONEST OR SINCERE RECIPROCITY. Stay at this hotel at your own risk.
