Go somewhere else! Elevator was broken and we got stuck, room has carpet stains, tub was dirty with hairs, windows had a draft coming through. We were mortified and switched hotels after one night.

It’s run down. The hot tub and ice maker were out of order. It looks like this place needs to be gutted and re modeled. Will not stay there again

I’ve never stayed in a hotel that felt so dirty. There was mold around the bathtub and around the base of the toilet that had been covered by clear caulk. There was paint missing in the bathroom. The floor in the entry into the lobby was dirty as was the entry door, which also didn’t close properly. There was one luggage trolly for the whole hotel and it was so dirty that we didn’t even want to set our luggage on it. There were no tissues on the room. They put a hold on our credit card of $50 in case we caused damages. We’ve never had a hotel do that before. I took photos of previous damage in the room just in case they charged us. We asked the desk clerk where we might find dinner that evening and the only place she offered was a Mexican drive through a block away. The next morning we discovered many nice places about a mile away. All this for almost $200. The night before we’d stayed in a motel for $110 that was clean, plenty of amenities and friendly staff. We couldn’t wait to get out of the Ramada quickly enough. Very disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointed that Expedia was informed about our unfortunate situation with my family health and confirmed that the hotel would refund 2 of the 3 nights reserved for our stay. This has not occurred as yet on the June 26th? The hotel to date has charged my Wells Fargo Debit Card $ for the only night of our stay? Our original reservation was for - 3 nights. WHY $

Our room had stains on the coverlets and sheets. I called the front desk twice to get new sheets, but no one answered the phone. There were also stains on the carpets and curtains. In addition, the bathroom had soap scum on the shower walls and tub. On a positive note, the breakfast was good for a continental.

Unfortunately this hotel didn’t meet any of our expectations. The hotel itself had almost everything out of order or broken during our stay: ie: ice maker, pool closure, elevator on and off at times, our shower curtain was hanging out of the wall, mold in the bathroom, curtains in room were falling apart and wouldn’t close or block out light (we had to clip them with my hair clips). The shower didn’t drain properly, so everytime someone showered, it had to be fast so it didn’t fill up (it literally did this). The pool cleanliness was sub par. My husband literally had to screen clean it multiple times during our 5 night stay just so our child didnt come out covered in hair. The hottub seats are cracked and open concrete on multiple spots, handle to get in and out is broken (there is a sign up to warn you of this, but it’s definitely a safety hazard. Housekeeping does not come unless requested, there was not enough towels in our room as per occupants that we booked for (we brought our own anyways thankfully). Honestly, we will never stay here again. Only positive thing I have to say is that the staff were friendly upon greeting and check out. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I feel these things should be handled or addressed and if not by us voicing our concerns, at least the next people have a heads up. We did get $60 USD refund, but I just feel it’s safer to have these things fixed and handled.

This is a good económical family option. The location is great for restaurants, shopping, and attending Silverwood. Rooms were clean, safe area.

I booked this hotel online, trusting that the pictures and descriptions were current. It appears they are 15+ years old, since the property doesn’t look anything like that now. The closed restaurant in front of the hotel is unsightly, the property looks unkept, and the hotel itself is dirty (e.g. the door/windows have built up dirt when you first enter). Didn’t seem like a safe or clean place to stay:(

I had high hopes for this property, as I’ve stayed at other Ramadas in the past. We booked 2 rooms for our group. One of the rooms did not have a shower curtain, and upon multiple requests to receive one we were told they did not have any extra in the building by the front desk staff. Before leaving for the day we requested room service and extra towels in both rooms. Neither room received any room service or towels. When we asked for towels the next morning to shower, we were told they only had 3 clean ones available and gave us the last 3, for our group of 6. We also asked about ice and their ice machine was broken and we were told they have no ice in the kitchen to help. One of rooms tubs continued ti clog. The elevated quit working on multiple occasions. Upon checkout we voiced our concerns with the front desk regarding our stay and we were met with attitude and lack of care for our frustrations. One of the managers scoffed and roller her eyes at us. Upon walking away my teenager overheard the 2 front desk managers speaking poorly of our group and our concerns and complaints. Which upset us even further, as no guest (child or not) should ever hear an employee speaking poorly about their guests. This has probably been the worse hotel stay I’ve had.

The hotel needs some updates. The paint job inside, especially around the elevator is poor. The bathroom needs some tlc. The rest of the room was decent and clean. Overall, we expected it to be in better shape after looking at the photos but it was clean.

Hotel itself needs some major upgrades. It’s falling apart. Breakfast was a 4 out of 10. Not because of what they served which was basic. It was cold nothing was pre heated before putting in the warmers that might have worked. One waffle maker broken. Hotel was sold out due to youth baseball games,
