There was extra fees and deposits that we were not aware of on top of the other fees we had to pay when we got there.Was not given the handicap accessible rooms i payed for. Gps took us to wrong hyatt because of underdogs.

The hotel and staff went above and beyond our expectations, provided a complementary wheel chair, extended our check out time, and help by bringing our luggage to the room. Due to weather we stayed to make my husband's early morning heart doctor appointment without having to drive 3 hours in bad weather. We will certainly stay here whenever we have the opportunity again.
