This hotel is within walking distance of everything from restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment. The staff very nice and professional. The hotel very nice and clean. I loved everything about this hotel however the only complaint is they didn’t have a microwave in the hotel room.

It was my wife’s and I first time in Chicago and it was a great experience. The location of the hotel was great cause we walked to most places we wanted to go. However, it is on a busy corner so there was a lot of honking when the windows were open. The train was about three blocks from us and we took that to our first cubs game which was an awesome experience. The rooftop was cool but kind of tacky with the colorful lights they have up out there on the roof, they easily could have made it more classy. Staff was great and George the bellman was very helpful and nice to us.

I truly don't think we would stay anywhere else if we come back to Chicago - we had the most amazing stay. Beautiful and clean facilities, and the staff we're incredible. Walkable distance to almost everything that we wanted to see.
