All amenities and facilities were of a high standard and all staff attentive with one stand out person being Wai in the second floor bar (Bridges ?) Room was excellent and spacious. The hotel itself was really nice, and the location couldn’t be better! The rooftop patio bar was great — beautiful views and a fun vibe. The only downside was the inside bar. The staff there just didn’t seem to care much. My husband ordered a salad with grilled chicken, but the chicken was completely burned. When he asked for it to be redone, the server said she could just “take the chicken back,” which didn’t make sense because the salad would be ruined by the time it came back out. It just wasn’t handled very well. Overall, a nice place with a lot of potential — they just need to work on service and kitchen consistency.

Excellent situation

The hotel is brilliantly situated for everything. Two gripes; the parking is ridiculously expensive $80 a night The lifts are awful, you have to queue forever and you have to use the lift selected for you, there are 6 lifts surely you should be able to use which one you would like.

I just enjoyed a 3 night stay at the London House by Hilton from Oct. 1 - 4, 2025. Check-in was a breeze upon arrival. Frankie noticed I was sweating and breathing heavy since I walked from the subway station to the property! He gave me a water to help cool me down. Upon check-in I was given my keys and I headed to my room. As soon as I entered, I headed toward the window. I took one look outside and saw the Chicago River and its beautiful Architecture Buildings and Skyline. I felt like I was in heaven! Since I was tired, I ordered for some in-room dining. Best London House Burger and Fries I’ve had. Got some restful sleep for the night. Next morning I ordered breakfast to the room and again had a delicious power breakfast and coffee. I was ready to discover Chicago via Hop on/Hop off 2 story bus! After my 2 hour tour the bus drop me off in front of LH. I came in for some coffee and then walked across the street for a Boat Architecture tour. Talk about location, location, location! Then took a nap and rested up. Then got ready for a nice London House Roof Top dinner. I ordered my favorite LH Burger and fries! For dessert I had a coffee martini! World class service on the roof top! I want to thank the housekeeping staff for always having a spotless clean room every day upon my return to my room in the evening. All Staff like Ricky, Marcus, Frankie, and Ken were superior with their hospitality skills and service! Even my cleaning staff member Margarita was wonderful! Thank u
