The hotel itself was nice, but the staffing wasn't the best. One party in my group was able to have housekeeping confirm that the room was ready. Meanwhile the other room wasn't ready until 40 minutes after check-in time (and over an hour after our other room next door was ready) and the front desk staff said there was nothing they could do. Our infant was sick and needed a nap, so it was less than ideal to be waiting in the lobby with a crying baby for such a long time. Breakfast seemed to start a bit late at 7:30 on the weekend - there were about 50 people waiting around for it to open at that time. There was a wedding reception taking place in the restaurant in the lobby and it was quite loud in the rooms until 11:30 or so. Valet parking was fast and easy - parking staff was friendly.

Could have used more towels without having to ask for them . They gave us an issue for breakfast trying to order more than one omelette due to having a sick child in the room . Also, we were expecting a hot tub . It would make the pool so much better .

Had a lot of problems with the door and then cleaning the room and one gentleman made me feel like an idiot at the front desk
