My family and I have visited this property annually for the past 3 years. It’s perfectly located near Michigan Ave and the staff is amazing, particularly Alma! I can’t share enough how warm, welcoming, and helpful she is each visit. Breakfast is great and parking is somewhat on the pricier side but located underground which is a plus.

Our stay was lovely. Staff is helpful. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping does a great job. Elevators can be an issue when the hotel is busy. The free breakfast is very average but the cocktail hour is excellent.
