This was our second time staying at this hotel and we didn't have such a wonderful experience this time around. We had a problem with the tv in the bedroom. Called several times to get it fixed but every night was the same problem. It would be fixed at night but in the morning, it wasn't working again. The breakfast area was wonderful, better than the first time. Everyone so helpful and welcoming!

Very easy check in. Very clean room that I’ve come to expect w/the Embassy Suites. Happy hour snacks was more filling than I expected and I surprididn’t even need dinner - it was cheese and crackers and veggies and dip. It was so relaxing I opted for late check out to enjoy the pool before I left. Staff was friendly and helpful. The mezzanine is beautiful and airy. I’d definitely stay again - it’s near so many things downtown!

The location is good but the rooms are dated and need repair. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall and there were many chips in the paint. The sofa in the living room was missing the back cushions. When I mentioned it to the front desk they said yes, some were missing.
