The kitchen area was excellent. Our room was less than desirable. We were under the impression we were getting a suite with a sitting area and a pullout couch and we did not and then the bathroom soap was practically empty in the bottle in our room was not even ready until after 4 PM.

The carpet needs to be shampooed. Feet was black after shower and walking on carpet. Room was warm went and bought a fan to accommodate. Went checked in they lady asked how many room keys i said 3 please, got 2 keys We was stuck in elevator for 20 mins noone told us need to use key card to get us to our floor, which brings us to 1 room key did not work we only had 1 working key When we told the lady she treated us like we was dumb. Did not appreciate that at all. We made due. Lastly we thought we was going to get a city view. When looking out the window we see jewel- osco. Nice view! Not what we paid for. Other that everything was good.

Housekeeping knocked on the door two different days at 8:30am even with the do not disturb sign on the door.

Service was good and breakfast was good, room was clean. Only complaint was the air filter I noticed in the ceiling vent looks like it hasn’t been changed in a very long time, long past over due.

Check in was good, they did let us keep our luggage at property as we waited to check in at 4pm. The room was amazing, we got the corner city view suit. Housekeeping came everyday and got us clean towels and sheets. The only downside about our stay was the amount of time we had to go to the service desk because our room key would not work. We were on the 11th floor so it became a hassle.
It does get noisy but the view makes up for it.
