Alma at the front desk, Hector at bag check, and the breakfast/staff were outstanding - all were warm, confident, and able. The room design (eg, a single double bed, bedroom with a door, mini kitchen, dining/living layout, and lighting are outstanding. The glaring problem was instantly obvious at check-in and check-out. It appears the front desk is always under-manned and cannot address that when it backs up. This is unimaginable for such an operation - the first and last impressions are extremely negative. When Alma was not there, the young men who were gave the impression of chaos, very similar to a car rental experience at a busy airport.

Awesome hotel! Safe area. Spacious room! Beautiful view from room. Great location. My only complaint was the hotel was near a hospital so sirens woke the whole family at 3:30am and there was no hottub 😢
