Very poor managed location. Very loud as it is next to a parking lot and a trash pick up site. We heard the noise of trucks very early in the morning every single day during our stay. Not a good place to relax and the bathroom ammenities were very poor

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were great. Our room was clean. The location of this hotel is convenient. It’s near a subway station and there’s plenty to see and do that’s walkable. One of the 4 elevators was not working during our stay. Even if all were working, it may not be sufficient during the mornings. The waits were sometimes quite ridiculous and after the doors would open to reveal a completely full elevator, we would often just use the stairs. This may truly be the least soundproof hotel we have ever stayed in. I expected some street noise and that was definitely audible from our 5th floor room. The walls were just paper thin though. We could hear the conversations of the people in the room next to us. Foot traffic in the hallways just echoed outside our door. My main complaint is probably that the lights throughout our room all used motion sensors. We were in a room that slept 6 people. If one person in the room gets up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, everyone in the room gets to wake up from the lights turning on. By the end of our trip, my son was crawling on his hands and knees through the dark room to try and allow everyone to keep sleeping. It was absurd. I wouldn’t hate to stay here again, but I would probably try a different hotel when/if we return to Chicago.

I loved the suite idea! The breakfast had a large and varied assortment and great dining area! The staff were obliging and convenient to text for additional towels or housekeeping! Although, trash pickup was noisy at 5am every morning facing the south toward the parking garage. Can you ask for a later pickup?

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip and it was an amazing hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, we also go there early and our room was ready for us. Very convenient location that was easily within walkable distance to everything we wanted to do in the city!

Long lines for complimentary breakfast, and evening drinks. Never was able to get drinks due to timing/line. Breakfast was a nightmare with kids running, fingering/handling the food, and bumping into us. Customer flow could be better. Our room was spotless every day we requested housekeeping. Public areas impeccably kept throughout. Staff, kitchen, security, front desk were all congenial, polite, and helpful.
