Everything hit the mark for me in terms of the room, cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism of the staff. The breakfast buffet, omlette station and evening reception are nice touches. The location is very convenient, 3 blocks off Michigan Mile and 1-2 block walk to the Red Line and busses.

From the moment we walked in, early for our reservation, we were treated like the number one priority by every staff member. The bellman #johnnyBravo #JimmyNeutron #JohnnyDanger thank you for your comic relief after a long morning of travel and for keeping our belongings safe! The room was very clean and nicely decorated. It was quiet and the The curtains were excellent at blocking out the morning sun. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, the options and quality were wonderful. The complimentary happy hour drinks and snacks were a great surprise and we enjoyed the drinks. We will stay again and again. Thank you for making our trip flawless.

Very quick check in and have no issues with anything. Just load as you are in a city and you just hear a lot of emergency vehicles throughout the night and one load car that likes to rev its engine. But all in all the property was good.

Nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was good and you get two free drinks per night, as well as, snacks. Hotel was located in a wonderful area. We only had to walk 1 block to the Casino and the grocery store was literally across the street.

I came 2.5 hrs past my check-in time to a dirty room...dressers needing to be wiped down, VERY dusty room phone, a wet and dirty piece of candy on the floor, dirty walls, worn sheets on the bed to the point it looked stained, and MOST importantly, the smell!!! The room smelled very bad!!!! The smell was coming from the bathroom. I called the front desk to send someone to clean. The lady comes up and wipes down the room then tells me that there was nothing wrong with the room and that it was already clean. I tell her that she just got done cleaning the stuff that was wrong with the room and that the smell is still there. She starts spraying something in the air INSTEAD OF actually cleaning the bathroom and I practically had to beg her to go get bleach to clean the bathroom and had to explain that once the spray in the air goes away, the odor would still be in the bathroom and the room because she had not fixed the CAUSE. She finally gets the bleach but avoids using it. I had to spray it throughout the bathroom myself. They then tried to move me to another room and which ended up being 3 rooms down and it had the SAME strong odor! At this point we had been there for 2 hours and I just told them I would just stay in my current room amd would like money off of my bill. At breakfast, the "clean" dishes had leftover food on them. At checkout, I spoke with the manager and was told they had changed my nightly rate but as of this morning, I can vomfirm that did not happen.

$79 for parking!!! And you are a guest at the hotel? The hotel was not bad. Breakfast was great but that parking just put a damper on the whole experience.
