The hotel service was excellent. The room was spotless and clean, and the location of the SilverSmith Hotel is perfect. It’s in the heart of the loop, just a few blocks off Millennium Park. You really can’t ask for a better location. The only tiny pet peeve I had was that the TV and cable service were slightly outdated, but I really don’t vacation or travel to watch TV, so it was extremely minor.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and bathroom excellent. Given their building has some architectural significance, I'd recommend they point that out more overtly in a city known for great achitecture tours.
