The location is all this hotel has going for it. There is limited security to enter, the elevator barely fits one person, it is old and not well-maintained, the common areas smell, the rooms are dirty with broken windows and furniture you don't feel comfortable sitting on without 2 layers of clothing, I couldn't bring myself to take a shower and didn't want to take my shoes off even to sleep. Not even motel quality.

Centralized location. Very close to bus and rail. Old building so the floor creaks letting guests know when other guests are moving. The online images make the inside of rooms appear brighter than they really are. Parking is an additional charge but located nearby in an enclosed garage.
